Our Differentiated Approach

Global Sourcing and Recruiting of Capital Raising Executives

Context Jensen Partners advises and executes in the sourcing of strategic recruitment of leading capital raising executives. With the insight, knowledge, institutional strength, professionalism and confidentiality, the team has been able to fulfill the industry’s most demanding roles with attention to detail on every mandate. We manage our assignments by sourcing the best-performing, methodically aligned and strategically minded candidates.

360° Investor Referencing™ Methodology

The Context Jensen Partners’ 360° Investor Referencing™ utilizes a proprietary qualitative and quantitative scientific approach that analyzes each candidate’s asset-raising capabilities and individual style. This analytical method ensures that we track our candidates’ total asset-raising trajectory. Alongside intelligence gathering and peer referencing, we understand that a key to successful long-term placements is also the data we mine from our diverse and far-reaching network that these professionals are targeting. Our research team tracks the full asset-raising history of a candidate to verify the critical background and credentials provided. In addition, through our behavioral analysis we are able to discern the approach of each candidate by scrutinizing how they raise capital in detail.

Market Mapping and Investigative Intelligence

Market mapping provides our clients with a customized, confidential, in-depth analysis of the best performing candidates in each industry, sector and distribution channel. Our “deep dive” due-diligence is focused on providing information on key industry trends, variables and internal/external requirements that may influence the decision-making process and strategic hiring decisions. The firm’s extensive industry knowledge combined with long-term investor relationships helps generate accurate, actionable market intelligence that meet the unique need of every client. Jensen also evaluates how a firm compares with competitors, focusing on areas related to culture, philosophy and management style, as related to a pay-out formula. This information enables each client to enhance their competitive positioning to support successful on-going asset-raising.

Strategic Advisory and Consulting

Context Jensen Partners consults with both clients and candidates to ensure high caliber identification, securing and retention of human capital. As a trusted advisor, Context Jensen Partners offers specialized, strategic advisory on compensation structure and pay-out formulation, product launches and guidance on how to manage these topics internally. The firm also advises our candidates on compensation in the ever changing industry environment. CJP also provides experienced executive career coaching on request for executives, high-profile potential candidates, management team members and key employees. Our approach to executive career coaching starts with a thorough review and analysis of salary requirements, bonus negotiations, strategy/leadership development and interview skills.

Our Team

The accomplished leadership of Context Jensen Partners brings a level of knowledge and inside perspective, which allows us to understand the needs, process and culture of our clients and act as an advisor to our candidates.
